**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- To Act as a first point of contact providing a confidential information
- Ensure the safety and security of guest, staff, visitors and contractors at all times.
- advice service for all guest on safeguarding related concerns including child protection disclosure.
- Manage the safeguarding duty phone, responding to calls when needed. Reporting all concerns to appropriate person.
- Working across the businesses with all departments, support operations and programmes to ensure they're adhering to all the proper standards.
- Responsible to manage all safety & security, Fire Life Safety and food hygiene risks faced by the hotel. Liaise with all department heads to ensure hotel employees are adhering to established security procedure.
- Delivering training, keeping policies up to date and reporting any concerns or cases to the relevant authoritative parties. Co-ordinating the administration of safeguarding training event.
- Demonstrate personal enthusiasm and commitment to leadership aimed at making a positive difference to children and young people. Build and maintain quality relationships through interpersonal skills and effective communication.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Safeguarding: 1 year (preferred)
