We have an opportunity for a Business Support Services Assistant to join our team to provide an effective administration and support service to all areas of our business including taking a lead to support the management of social media.
The Role
This is a varied and fast paced role in which you will be responsible for the effective management of the office. This will include producing and formatting templates, documents, presentations reports, spreadsheets, databases and content for intranet and website. You will also work collaboratively with others and will deal with internal and external contacts professionally, sensitively and effectively.
About You
**You will have**:
A good understanding of office administration and support services.
MS office skills along with the ability to use Microsoft teams.
Experience of working in an office environment.
Excellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to learn quickly and use sound judgment.
The ability to negotiate and deal professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
An organised and methodical approach to work.
