Here at GXO we have recently implemented a new structure for our Drinks BU and are now on the lookout for a HR Coordinator. Implementing new processes and setting high standards, this is a brand-new role where you have maximum opportunity to develop this role and make it your own.

We are on the lookout for a **HR Coordinator** to join us at our **Wakefield** site supporting our Drinks Business Unit. You’ll support the delivery of a first class people service in all areas of the employee life cycle, including HR, Payroll and Engagement

This is a Permanent full time role working Monday to Friday however flexibility is required - this is logistics after all

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£25,000** per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support the build of the HR function, implementing processes and systems to deliver objectives, playing an active part in the contract ethos and strategy
- Maintain the HR system and associated records, such as sickness and holiday entitlement
- Get involved in ER issues, recruitment, employee engagement and organisational change
- Prepare and process letters, meeting minutes and other documents as and when required

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience working in a HR environment preferred dealing with ER and recruitment activity
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Strong in systems - HRIS, Microsoft Office such as word and Excel
- Experience of undertaking a broad range of tasks including working with and advising employees and line managers on employee relations issues
