Due to continued growth** **the position of **Personal Assistant **has become available to join our **Established team **based in **Maiden Head.**

The Energy Sector within Costain works with our customers on the transition to clean energy while providing practical solutions that improve the efficiency, sustainability and resilience of existing infrastructure.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days based in our head office in Maidenhead.

**Role Requirements**
- Experienced PA/Administrator/Executive Assistant with a demonstrable record of supporting senior stakeholders with varied and complex requirements
- High degree of computer literacy including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel with a willingness and to learn new programs quickly
- Resilience, flexibility and able to work under different styles of leadership with varying demands and priorities
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
