Whether assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing essential care, your role will be invaluable. Your Responsibilities: Personal Care – Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Companionship – Engage in conversations and activities to enhance well‑being Medication Assistance – Administer prescribed medications and monitor health Meal Preparation – Prepare nutritious meals and assist with hydration Household Support – Light housekeeping to maintain a safe and tidy environment Documentation – Keep accurate records of care provided What You Need: Full UK driving licence & own vehicle Right to work in the UK Excellent communication skills Must live in Berkshire (Windsor, Bracknell & Maidenhead) What We Offer: Paid travel time + 25p per mile mileage Flexible working patterns Work smartphone + paid training Employee of the Month bonus (£50) Support for QCF Level 2 & 3 qualifications No experience needed Full training & mentorship provided.
