**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Deal directly with contractors for vendor management items
- Data entry for site related info to be input to the Project Management software (OneVizion).
- Maintain filing systems as assigned.
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Prepare and coordinate all items related to Purchase Orders and project invoices.
- Document management including administration and input of data and files as well as assistance in implementing and supporting processes for the Tower Development department
- Assist and support all Tower Development field operations managers and staff as well as senior management
- Support the Project Team with items needed to generate and prepare various reports for departmental review and tracking
- Support New Tower / Acquisition Integration activities (Document collection, review and management)
- Become knowledgeable and conversant with all relevant Company systems and platforms (e.g. CRM, M-Files, OneVizion, etc.)
- Interface with multiple teams to ensure timely project completion

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- College / technical school degree or equivalent military experience preferred.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of telecom coordination experience required

**Technical Skills**:

- Microsoft Office proficiency - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management

**Soft Skills**:

- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations as needed
- Organized and detail orientated
- Strong understanding of team concepts
- Strong time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
