**Duties**:
Booking works in and ordering all material in time. chasing orders and organising the staff. booking accommodation. organise site meeting and quotes.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Maintain organized and accurate records of construction projects
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
