**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organised and reliable **Administrator** to join our growing team in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting both staff and management.
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You’ll work closely with managers, colleagues, clients, and external partners, contributing to the day-to-day operations that keep our organisation running seamlessly.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Maintain and update internal records and databases accurately
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as required
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
- Assist HR and finance teams with administrative tasks such as invoicing, payroll, and onboarding
- Monitor office supplies and manage stock levels
- Help coordinate company events, training sessions, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and data protection regulations
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, professional, and well-organised office environment
**Requirements**:
**Essential**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and proactive approach
- Understanding of office management systems and procedures
**Preferred**:
- Qualification in Business Administration or a related field
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Relevant administrative or office certification (advantageous)
