As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our administrative functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Computing Skills**: Utilize Sage, Excel, and MRP systems to manage and streamline office operations.
- **File Clerking**: Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- **Supervision**: Manage and supervise other administrative personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- **Inventory Oversight**: Monitor office inventory and ensure an adequate supply of consumables such as stationery and printer ink.
- **Sales Order Processing**: Process sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately and promptly.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proficient in Sage, Excel, and MRP systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and file clerking abilities.
- Experience in managing correspondence and communications.
- Ability to supervise and lead a small team of administrative personnel.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in processing sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.

Allied Global Engineering is a multi-disciplined engineering group made up of 2 fabrication businesses and 2 CNC machining businesses in Greater Manchester.
We have expertise in producing high-quality components and parts to tight tolerances. Our team of skilled engineers and technicians can work with various metals and composites to create custom parts that meet the unique needs of our customers. Our engineering services are widely used across a range of industries, including energy, automotive, defence and medical, and we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality.
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
