**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our clients busy team based Royton, Oldham. The key duties of the role will involve general administration, using databases to enter data and send out mailings.
**Responsibilities**
- Gaining all relevant and appropriate information to support team members.
- Ensure that all administrative systems within the office are up to date, accurate and adhered too.
- Input, code, and information from the finance department, via the website and other online sites.
- Ensure reception are fully briefed on all processes and events so they have accurate information to give to visitors.
- Be an active, participative, and supportive member of the team
- Support and attend events and campaigns as and when required.
- Support the growth of the database ensuring the highest quality of data is input at all times, in an accurate and timely manner; championing the use of all database modules.
- Ensure all legal guidelines and administrative processes are adhered to.
- Take a proactive role in the department.
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within administration and data entry.
- Knowledge of databases.
Standard DBS required.
Working Hours: 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
