**The Role**

To co-ordinate and support the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in ensuring all relevant, critical tasks are completed in time for our quarterly distributions.

To co-ordinate and monitor delivery of multiple small projects simultaneously on behalf of PRS for Music key stakeholders and providers, while maintaining excellence in customer service to the business and internal stakeholders.

**The Team**

The Service Management team collects, processes, matches and submits source music usage data for the distributions.

Within the team, Service Delivery is responsible for obtaining, checking, loading and submitting music usage data for the distribution. The Service Delivery Managers and their Coordinators are responsible for Audio Visual, Foreign, Live, Public Performance and Radio data.

Radio covers BBC and Independent Local Radio (ILR). Circa 500 radio stations are monitored.

Audio Visual also covers circa 500 TV channels, all major UK cinema chains and on-demand services such as Netflix, Amazon and BBC iPlayer.

Foreign covers the usage data from circa 200 affiliate societies.

Live covers all types of events across all genres of music from Festivals, Concerts, Gigs & Clubs and Major Live Concerts (MLCS).

Public Performance covers music usage in clubs, pubs, restaurants, hotels, sports stadiums, airlines, cruise ships, bingo halls, bowling complex (to name a few) as well as the LOML+ and MSB2B schemes.

**Responsibilities**:
As our Service Delivery Coordinator, some of your day to day duties will include.
- Managing the receipt, validation and ingestion of different types of music usage reporting,
- Support the relevant operational assurance processes to ensure accruate, complete and timely distributions,
- Co-ordinating third party contractors and their services provided to us,
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and develop relationships with suppliers ensuring delivery of data in a timely manner, chasing and/or escalating where appropriate,
- Deputise for the SDM in their absence with PRS stakeholders and providers.

**The Process**
