**Strategy & Strategic Relationships Coordinator**

**Job Overview**

Supporting the relationship between Mitie and the public sector - particularly the Cabinet Office. Core responsibilities covering:

- Working with the Strategy & Strategic Relationships team and Cabinet Office to deliver on key Government priorities
- Coordination in the setting and delivery of Mitie strategy
- Supporting the relationship between Mitie and key public sector contracts

High impact role with the opportunity to influence public sector adoption of technology, decarbonisation and social value.

**Main Duties**

**Relationship with Cabinet Office**
- Working with the Strategy & Strategic Relationships team (Mitie) and Cabinet Office to move the Mitie & HM Government relationship from ‘strategic supplier' to ‘strategic partner'
- Support and coordination in agreeing key priority areas between Mitie and HMG (Cabinet Office)
- Setting up and coordination of joint workstreams to deliver on agreed priorities
- Monitoring the above - tracking actions and milestones
- Coordinating the delivery of the Mitie strategic supplier review to Cabinet Office (annual process)
- Support and engagement with Cabinet Office when responding to adhoc requests for information and analysis

**Contract Improvement**
- Working with Account leads to understand key issues which are currently impacting service delivery standards across key public sector Accounts
- Undertaking root cause analysis and support in preparation of improvement plans
- Regular communication with clients, Mitie Account teams and Cabinet Office on progress being made and issues arising

**Other**
- Support in the delivery of other key Strategy and Strategic Relationships initiatives (e.g. The Mitie Way, Strategic Account Manager programme)
- Engagement with key public sector relationships as requested by MD Commercial and Government, Strategic Government Accounts
