**THE COMPANY**

One of the biggest banks globally, they offer traditional banking products like loans, cards, and credit to their customers. They are now growing their Decision Analytics team, who works on various portfolios in unsecured loans and cards. This team is taskedwith taking business problems and using data science and analytics techniques to generate insights that can then be presented to internal stakeholders and senior management which then can be acted on. This is a role where the work being done matters and hasa direct impact on the business.

**THE ROLE**
- Providing design, testing, development, and of various decision engines to help generate connections in the behavior of customers and the impact on the business.
- Generating actionable insights on business opportunities, customer trends, and company performance from complex analysis.
- Presenting performance insights to internal stakeholders and senior management, identifying what actions and solutions can then be implemented
- Participating in the creation of analytical strategies that affect products in the business.
- Creating and heading various projects to help make data available across the company and detecting new data tools for the company to use.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in creating and running models. Financial and customer modeling would be preferred.
- Having a background in Banking, credit cards or loans will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and mindset, with skills in the use of tools like SQL, Python, and SAS.
- Have previous experience in identifying how customer analytics and different opportunities can be combined.
- Experience in segmentation models, data warehousing, and machine learning will be advantageous.
