**THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Understanding consumer behavior, product, and financial performance to help maximise the performance of products, support product plans and drive key strategic initiatives.
- Contributing to the design, test, and production of detailed information across various decision engines to identify causal links between consumer behaviour and business performance and opportunities.
- Demonstrating a unique approach to data-based problem solving and have significant input in the development of strategy that supports the strategy of the business.
- Collaborating in data-focused initiatives and implementing new data management and manipulation tools
- Communicating the findings of analysis to senior stakeholders
- Developing target approach to accurately highlight and understand customer needs by creating tests, delivery campaigns and reviewing performance to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively
- Actively demonstrating cross
- team collaboration, sharing learning and best practices to contribute to the overall effectiveness and unity of the business

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**:

- Experience in creating financial and consumer behavioral business models
- Experience in using innovative customer analysis to identify commercial opportunities
- Expertise in using SQL/Python/SAS
- Proven ability of statistical techniques
- Extensive analytical background within financial services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in creating customer segmentation models and running customer targeting
- Knowledge of data warehouse and MI environments and practices
