**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:
You’ll support the evolution of our Financial Planning and Analysis team in this 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll take ownership of the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functionality for Marketing and Partnerships, and be part of developing our exciting finance transformation.

The role reports to Chean (Head of FP&A), who is big on learning and development which means you’ll be supported to elevate your knowledge and professional career goals.

**As one of our Finance Business Partners, you’ll**:

- partner with the Marketing and Commercial Partnerships functions, being accountable for our distribution cost base for month end reporting and FY25 Budget planning
- own and track the distribution cost base, ensuring performance to plan is maintained with opportunities identified and risks mitigated
- complete financial modelling assessment of increased Brand investment and new partnerships
- support FY25 Budget processes in a period of transitioning to a new finance system. This could involve testing new systems processes, building new reporting outputs or supporting analytical requests across P&L lines
- work closely with business partners to support the five year financial strategy and end to end profitability of our investments

**We’re looking for someone who is**:

- a qualified accountant
- a business partner who has worked with marketing teams and/or B2C ecommerce
- comfortable managing large data sets and appreciation of potential ambiguity in the data structure
- experience working with Data teams and BI tools - this is not essential but if you have worked with Looker or OneStream, this would be advantageous
- excellent at financial modelling, able to turn complex financial data into meaningful management-level information
