**JH Coaches** is a privately owned family business. We operate buses and coaches on a mix of school contracts, local services, school and private group hires across the North East of England with two depots in Birtley. One main depot which is situated on Fell Bank and another parking yard in the O’Brien site on Durham Rd.
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a **Sales Administrator **based at our main depot on Fell Bank, Birtley working part of our sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Answer, screen and transfer incoming and internal telephone calls to the correct person.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, franking mail etc.
- Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Taking bookings and payments over the phone for Day Trips, Blackpool Express Service, Holidays and Coach hire.
- Taking coach hire quotation details, ensuring details are taken, quotations given in a timely manner and converting into online bookings if required and taking payment for same.
