JH Coaches is one of the leading coach travel providers in the North East, offering private hire, day excursions, and scheduled services. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and seamless travel experiences. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing bookings, and providing quotes for our private hire, day excursions, and Blackpool Express services. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Private Hire Quotes & Bookings:
- Provide accurate quotes for private hire bookings based on customer requirements.
- Process bookings efficiently and ensure all details are recorded accurately.
Day Excursions & Blackpool Express Bookings:
- Assist customers with bookings for scheduled day trips and Blackpool Express services.
- Handle payments, issue confirmations, and update internal systems.
Customer Service & Enquiries:
- Respond to general customer enquiries and provide information on services.
- Ensure a professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate where necessary.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer details.
- Assist in compiling reports on sales, enquiries, and customer trends.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and booking systems (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour
