Senior Rewards Specialist - Cambridge (Hybrid) - 6 Month Contract
ARM are excited to be hiring for a Senior Rewards Specialist to join their client operating within the Pharmaceutical industry, on a 6 month basis.
For this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the business rewards programs for your assigned region, as well as being directly involved with the design and implementation of the programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead or assist in the design, planning and implementation of new compensation/benefit programs
- Analyse labour and market data to assess competitive position of benefits package
- Develop financial models and perform detailed statistical analysis of benefits package
- Provide consultation and guidance to HR on compensation and benefit matters
- Research new and revised regulations and legislation
- Point of support for merger and acquisition related program integration and transitions
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within Benefits and Rewards
- Familiarity with corporate matrix style organisations
- Full understanding of rewards and benefits area of specialisation
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of business
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
