You will both consult and guide others in understanding reward principles, frameworks, and the impact of pay decisions.Bring AI and automation into the heart of how we manage reward, unlocking new insights and efficiencies across global processes.Own the reward workstream in cross-functional projects, including M&A.Translate local and global market signals into actionable insights and solutions, to ensure our structures remain both competitive and compelling.Champion clear, compelling communication around total reward, helping colleagues understand the full value and rationale.Coach Talent Acquisition partners on offer development and emerging market dynamics.What we’re looking forA strategic perspective and strong commercial understanding; you see pay in the context of talent, performance and culture.A proven track record in designing, owning, and landing complex global reward projects.Curiosity and courage to explore how AI, automation, and advanced analytics can reshape reward for the better.Sharp Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and tell compelling data stories.Clear, confident communication, tuned for influence across varied audiences and cultures.Ideally, you bring reward experience from the tech sector, or strong awareness of talent market trends, particularly in AI/ML.
