We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing digital marketing team at Usay Compare. This role will see you work as a marketing administrator whilst learning everything there is to know about digital marketing. You will take an active rolein marketing campaign delivery whilst also being our main point of call for any administration tasks the marketing team require.

This is a hybrid role where you will get to learn how to build and optimise Google Ads/paid media campaigns at the same time as helping the digital team work on SEO optimisations.We are seeking someone who has some experience in marketing looking to takethat next step in their career.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- To assist the PPC Manager / PPC executive in daily optimisations of all the PPC accounts (bid changes, ad copy changes, keyword adjustments)
- Ensure all of our PPC campaigns adhere to best practice and all relevant hygiene checks are undertaken (SQR analysis, keyword research, quality score monitoring)
- Work with the PPC team on A/B landing page tests and ad copy testing.
- Assist in managing multiple PPC channels including (Display, Native, Discovery, Google Search, MSN)
- Analyse campaign performance and provide relevant recommendations to improve performance.
- Use software such as Excel, PowerBI and Data Studio to help report back on marketing performance
- Help monitor daily lead targets and ensure our PPC channels are running efficiently.
- Create & test compelling ad copy for our extensive range of audiences & channels.
- Provide recommendations and work closely with our design team to constantly evolve and improve our landing page experience.
- Be part of the creative & content briefing process when launching new campaigns.
- Keyword research (monitoring trends on organic search)
- Running regular SEO crawls using software such as SEM Rush / Screaming Frog
- Taking a proactive and due diligent approach to all marketing administration work.

**_What we are looking for _**
- Experience with Google Ads is a must. Ideally 1+ years’ experience.
- Ideally, you will have some experience in a marketing setting with 1+ years’ experience in either agency side/client side preferred.
- A hardworking individual who is seeking a career and has a genuine passion in digital marketing.
- Strong numeric ability is must as you will be working with large amounts of data on a daily basis.
- The ability to write to a professional standard and be able to create compelling ad copy for our digital channels.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and your workload efficiently.
- Native/Display/Content experience is a bonus.
