**Digital Marketing and Communications Executive**

Working in a small team of two Marketing and Communications Executives you will be supported by the Head of Policy and Corporate Affairs, and will have a particular focus on digital marketing and social media management. You will work closely with your teamcolleague, with plenty of opportunity to collaborate on delivering high quality campaigns and tactics.

You will also work closely with Communications and Marketing teams in our 850+ member businesses across the network, and with colleagues across Team Doncaster.

We have a great track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, including having a lead role in Doncaster’s successful bid and supporting public campaign for City status granted as part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee this year.

**Main duties will include**:

- Developing and delivering a Marketing & Communications Plan that promotes all of our activities including Membership, Events, International Trade, Education and Skills, Business Support projects, Patrons
- Maintaining the organisations website using a Content Management System.
- Managing the social media platforms /activities posting engaging high quality content that engages with the audience and helps to grow numbers of followers and connections.
- Creating editorial content for internal and external articles and publications including our e-bulletins and writing, editing, proofreading, distributing press releases, case studies, testimonials, to develop and co-manage media relations.
- Assist with driving sponsorship/advertising revenues from the organisation’s website and e-bulletin in line with the Business Plan and Budget.
- Track online engagement (websites, social media platforms, Mail Chimp etc.), monitor against KPIs and use results to strategise ongoing marketing tactics.
- Support the development, promotion and sale of membership packages.
- Support the development, promotion and involvement of businesses with Opportunities Doncaster.
- Liaise with external suppliers (eg. Printers, designers, videographers, telemarketing).
- Engage and network with appropriate partners and stakeholders building mutually beneficial relationships inc. representing the organisation at any stakeholder meetings/events.

**About you**

We are seeking a digital marketing specialist (2 years+ experience) with excellent attention to detail.

You will ideally have experience and knowledge across all areas of marketing and communications, but with a particular flair and passion for all things digital and a keen eye for the latest trends and opportunities in this area.

As we work with businesses and venues across the region, you will need to have access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
