_Justice and Care is a multi-award winning charity, committed to fighting modern slavery. We are passionate about bringing freedom to men, women and children who have been exploited. We help them rebuild their lives, work with police to bring to justice those responsible, and we use all of our frontline experience to spark systemic change._
- We are looking for a Content Producer who will be responsible for helping to gather content from across our work, communicate it in a way that cuts through (always accurate and ethical), and underlines our expertise as an organisation. _
**Scope of the role**
Our organisation is rich with stories that need to be told and insight that will help transform the fight against human trafficking. The Content Producer will take a lead on:
- Creating content - for use on the website, in supporter communications, social media and documents such as our annual report
- Overseeing our website and other channels - we don’t need someone who can write code, but the Content Producer will take overall responsibility for managing our communication channels. When things are broken, you’ll be the onpoint person to work as necessary with technical teams to get them fixed - and you’ll have an eye on the future, ensuring ongoing development
- Improve and maintain digital supporter journeys and developing new ones as necessary
- Manage the development of collateral (from brief to publication), including reports and fundraising material - so that it is produced ontime, on budget, brand and brief
- Ensuring everything is up to date and compliant - for example overseeing the system to ensure our impact numbers are accurate in our resources and communications, e.g. the website, and permissions from survivors are in place
- Contributing to and managing marketing and media campaigns
- Supporting media enquiries - you’ll add to our capacity to help manage media enquiries, working with journalists and producers to bring the issue of modern slavery and human trafficking into the public domain
By nature we’re a small team - that means that you’ll be able to rely on the support of others to get the job done, but also that you’ll be contributing to help others do their job. From proofreading to helping at events, we need someone who’s happy to get stuck in.
**Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- Strategy_
- Help to create and outwork our communications strategy - ensuring that we meet our priorities of creating systemic change, raising funds and awareness
- Identify new potential audiences and proactively develop and outwork plans to target them

- Content development and management_
- Keep abreast of Justice and Care’s frontline work and connect with representatives of our operational teams to gather and create content that can be used across our communication channels
- Creation of digital content for communications across our digital channels and platforms
- Develop a regular publishing schedule for content, ensuring it is timely, relevant, and fits strategy and aims towards objectives

- Maintain, update and create impactful supporter journeys
- Provide creative direction in line with Justice and Care brand guidelines across digital assets
- Coordinate quick response via social to individual enquiries and mentions
