**Background**
CSL are a leading and ambitious provider of BI solutions to the UK Healthcare market, delivering analysis, BI systems and managed services to over 40 companies. As we expand the business and the internal team, this new role will help us to maintain our reputation for customer service, and to deliver our growing number of ongoing projects successfully and efficiently.

**Profile of the role**

This will primarily be an internal role for an organised and diligent individual with some experience in the project management area.

The role of the Project Manager is to provide project management support to specific projects as identified by the

Operations team, ensuring that all projects have appropriate documentation, risk management, a control framework and effective reporting processes.

The role also includes the co-ordination of the efforts of project team members, in order to deliver the projects to plan, cost, scope and quality.

The role will be based at our office in Godalming on Mondays and Tuesdays, then from home the rest of the week.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Coordinating and planning multiple projects of variable size.
- Owning project plans and keeping the up to date.
- Agreeing timelines with project teams and then ensuring they are met.
- Facilitating project meetings.
- Ensuring projects adhere to the internal quality system.
- Identifying risks and raising them to the relevant parties.
- Monitoring project costs and progress and driving remedial action when projects are off track.
- Reviewing completed projects and identifying areas for improvement.
- Working with Operations to deploy resource effectively, both within and across multiple projects.
- Formal and routine reporting of project status’ to the stakeholders - i.e. projects teams, the board.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Working with the Operations team to improve project management processes.
- Working with the Operations team to manage resource and overall project prioritisation.
- Liaising directly with clients on project priorities.

**Core Skills**

- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.

**Useful Skills**
- Project management experience and/or qualification.
- Experience of using project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Monday, MS Project).
- Analytics experience - for reporting project statistics.
- Knowledge of the Pharma BI sector
