- Employment Hours: Monday - Friday (Between 30 to 37.5 Hours Per Week)

- Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 (Pro rata/based upon hours worked)

Job Summary

Thomson Print & Packaging is a family-owned business established in 1998 and based in the west of Edinburgh. We produce a range of printed labels, brochures, books, folding cartons, neck collars, swing tags, marketing materials and corporate stationery. We specialise in providing a complete service to our customers, from the initial design through to final product.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Office Administrator who can contribute to our small office team.

Please note that sales experience in the print sector would be a distinct advantage, however not essential as training will be given.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating estimates and producing sales orders.
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly.
- Calculating and placing purchase orders for production materials through creating works orders.
- Co-ordinating new product development for new and existing customers.
- Performing general office admin duties as and when required.
- Answering telephones.
- Reporting to Sales Director.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with using estimating software would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
