**Job Role: Finance Administrator**
**Location: New Milton**
**Sector: Mainstay, Professional Services**
**Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)**
**Salary: £23,000 per annum plus benefits**
As a Finance Administrator, you will be contributing to Mainstay’s vision to recognised as the market leading provider of services to the UK’s property sector. Mainstay is a professional service organisation, that delivers business expertise and service across the property industry.
*Internally the role is known as Finance Integration Administrator
**Main Responsibilities**
- New development and fund set up
- Validation and loading of initial property budgets
- Set-up and uploading of tenant matrices
- Processing first completion funds and information
- Ensuring that all new customers receive a Welcome Letter
- Ensuring financial handover is complete and accurate
- Ongoing review of processes and procedures
- Set an example for others by championing the Company FIRST values, Customer Charter principles and the Code of Business Conduct
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Estates Finance function
**Skills and Experience**
- You are passionate about starting a career in finance and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Having a strong customer focus, means you can use your initiative in problem solving, and are keen to resolve queries promptly and effectively, and are adaptable and flexible in your approach.
- You are IT savvy and have strong computer literacy skills in particular Excel.
