**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Meetings & Events Contracts Coordinator** to join our venue search team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the contracting process for some of our key clients. You will review meeting & event contracts and compare them against the booking requirements. You will send all required documentation to your clients and await completion. Following completion, you will then update all relevant systems and complete any compliance documents. Utilising your great communication and influencing skills you will ensure all deadlines are met by your stakeholders. **As a Meetings & Event Contracts Coordinator, you will**:
- Devise, in conjunction with the Operations Leadership Team, a customer contracting process (CCP).
- Communicate and educate your stakeholders of the process (external and internal).
- Enact the CCP ensuring a time-effective recording of progress enables all involved to understand where each job is in the process.
- Follow, in conjunction with Operations Leadership Team, an escalation process to trigger when the CCP is not progressing.
- Communicate success, and challenges, ensuring all communications are regular, clear and accessible to all they are intended for.
- Understand fully our Venue Search database and be able to enter all records, and documentation, required.
- Attend key company events, where applicable, to increase and build knowledge of the company, services, and network.
- Develop and maintain excellent venue and destination knowledge through building positive relationships with key supplier contacts, attending familiarisation visits and other proactive methods of global knowledge build.
**You’re good at**:
- Working in a deadline task driven environment.
- Organisation and time management standards.
- To demonstrate excellent attention to detail, accuracy and be able to work to high standards without constant supervision.
- Good MS Office skills including Outlook, Word & Excel, as is experience of entering data into databases.
- An awareness of data privacy and GDPR regulations.
**You might also have**:
- Knowledge of industry Venues & Suppliers.
- Experience of reviewing venue contracts.

- This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in our Derby Office
- Our working hours are between 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM with an hour break, these will be on a rotated shift pattern based on 37.5 hours per week.
