Internal Communications Manager

With a strong understanding of strategy and planning, you will be able to develop and deliver internal communication plans which support the broader communication and organisational business objectives.
**About the role**
As the NFU's Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the relevant channels and tactics are deployed creatively to achieve a joined up and consistent flow of relevant and engaging information to NFU colleagues across our Headquarters in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, our Headquarters in Wales, our regional offices as well as our political centres in London and in Brussels.
A confident networker, this role will liaise across the breadth of the organisation, proactively developing ways of engaging staff throughout the NFU exploiting both print, digital platforms as well as in-person events. Your high level of planning and organising will see you keeping abreast of issues impacting on the NFU, understanding what will need to be communicated to our colleagues and when.
Utilising measurement tools, you will continually assess internal communications to evaluate activity to ensure growth and development against core business objectives.
