We are looking for a **Sales Interior JLR Specialist**for our**Sales Interior JLR**Department in **Stoneleigh.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Participation in the definition of negotiation strategies to achieve and expand sales, sales and earnings targets and in the expansion of market share at the customer JLR;
- Management of sales projects for customer JLR;
- Participate in customer negotiations and advising and supporting customers in a national/ international environment to build, increase and intensify customer satisfaction and customer loyalty;
- Plausibility check of costs in complex development projects and international acquisition projects;
- Creation of bid prices and determination of bid conditions for development projects and acquisition projects;
- Participation in the definition of negotiation strategies;
- Ensure the creation of cost breakdowns, cost comparisons and benchmarks;
- Ensuring the creation, plausibility check and commentary of regular reports based on defined standards.

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering, or corresponding professional career or alternatively, successfully completed vocational training with corresponding further qualification (e.g. business economist);
- Several years of experience in sales and automotive with in-depth knowledge in the field of complex sales processes as well as experience in the field of interior sales;
- Understand complex industrial processes and able to synthetize risks and opportunities and understand contractual environment and able to asses proposals and solutions against;
- Willing to challenge the status quo by deploying analytical skills and create logical argument to support and negotiate;
- Goal oriented focused on finding the art of possible and recognize the needs of others downstream and upstream;
- Very good knowledge of English (essential);
- High communication and assertiveness skills as well as strong negotiation skills;
- Willingness to make regular business trips in an international environment.
