**HR Administrator (Part Time 22 hours per week)**
**Hybrid working - Stoneleigh, Warwickshire**
**Fixed Term Contract - 14 Months**
**Job Summary**
An opportunity has arisen for a fixed term contract for 14 months for a HR administrator. To ensure that the HR administrative processes for employees in the UK are carried out in a timely and accurate manner taking into consideration both our internal and external customers and associated processes and procedures. Follow the current processes and procedures for all administrative activities and to ensure that the department is compliant with these internal processes and in receipt of all the required documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- New starter administration: including contracts, offer letters, RTW verification, maintain new starters spreadsheet and return of all required documents.
- Probationary review letters and process. Follow up with managers if any action needs to be taken.
- References (current employees and leavers)
- Supporting training administration
- Preparing letters for internal moves/promotions/salary increases.
- Administering the leavers process, exit interviews and associated activities
- Offer ad hoc support to the team picking up additional and varied tasks depending on workloads
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- CIPD Level 3 desirable
- Strong and demonstrable experience in HR administration
- Excellent communication skills for all stakeholder levels
- Attention to detail essential
- Proven work experience within a HR team
