**Overview**
At Vision Health and Fitness, we pride ourselves on providing a friendly, professional, and motivating environment for our members. We are looking for a dedicated Gym Instructor to join our team - someone who is not only passionate about fitness but also exceptional at customer service and teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer service at reception and on the gym floor.
- Handle daily operations: opening, day-to-day running, and closing the gym.
- Provide inductions, training advice, and support for members of all abilities.
- Teach group fitness classes (occasionally), ensuring sessions are well-planned, engaging, and safe.
- Plan and prepare class content in advance, executing to a high standard.
- Assist with administrative tasks at the desk, including bookings, enquiries, and membership support.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professionalism in all areas of the facility.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a positive, team-focused environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (essential).**:

- **Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (preferred).**:

- Previous experience in a fitness or customer-facing role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage with members.
- Reliable, adaptable, and a team player.

We’re seeking someone who is:

- Passionate about fitness and helping people reach their goals.
- Friendly and enthusiastic, with the ability to get along with both members and staff.
- Responsible and trustworthy when running the gym day-to-day.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
