**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to team members.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services, with an emphasis on upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain organised records and files, ensuring easy access to information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- Perform basic maths calculations for invoicing or inventory management as required.
**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer interactions professionally.
- Basic maths skills for handling financial transactions or inventory checks.
- Ability to upsell products or services by understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and concisely.
Pay: £22,308.00-£23,930.00 per year
