Are you an experienced **Administrator** with a flair for **Customer Service** and confident **Excel** skills?
Do you love dealing with customers and solving problems?
This innovative and established business have been supplying their world class products both in the UK and overseas for over 20 years. Their reputation is based on providing a quality service and boast an impressive portfolio of customers.
They’re now looking to add an experienced **Customer Service Administrator** to their team who will play a key part within the business, assisting customers and ensuring they get the best possible service.
If you’re a team player, love dealing with customers and have great administration skills, you can expect a salary of up to **£24,000** together with benefits which include parking; healthcare; pension, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). **This is a full-time role but there is some flexibility with hours**.
**What’s the Job?**
Working as part of a small customer service team you’ll be responsible for:
- Process incoming orders
- Check product availability
- Manage lead times
- Book goods in when required
- Arrange transport to collect and deliver as required for UK orders
- Process customer requests for safety data sheets and general product enquiries.
- Escalating customer inquiries to the relevant team
- General administration as required
**What experience do you need?**
You’ll already be working within a customer service environment, preferably within manufacturing; you’ll also need:
- Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Sage 200 desirable but not essential
- Customer focussed
- Superb communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to handle complaints or difficult situations
