We are looking for Restaurant Staff at Brig o Doon House Hotel. Reporting directly to restaurant management, the successful applicant(s) will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As part of the service team, you will be tasked with greeting and seating guests, up-selling, running with food, and clearing and setting tables. The successful applicant may at times be required to work within the functions team.

**Responsibilities**
- Serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Processing payments and handling transactions
- Providing a warm, welcoming and attentive experience to all guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, ensuring that tables and dining areas are clean and presentable
- Engaging with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations when needed
- Upholding food safety standards and adhering to hygiene regulations during food service
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven experience in a restaurant environment preferable but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours
- A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding hospitality to all guests
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members alike

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £7.55-£12.31 per hour
