Reporting directly to the Restaurant's management team, you will be tasked with service of beverages and food to all guests whilst delivering first class customer service. And as such as part of the service team you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn all aspects of service within the hotel. Primarily the role will be in food service in the Restaurant. You will be involved in seating and greeting customers, taking orders, upselling, running with food and clearing and setting tables. The role may also involve making various cocktails, coffee’s and other beverages.
