We are looking for Restaurant and Bar Staff at Brig o Doon House Hotel. Reporting directly to restaurant management, the successful applicant(s) will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Part of the award-winning, family-owned RAD Hotel Group, the Brig o' Doon House Hotel is an iconic hotel and prestigious wedding and events venue in the heart of Ayrshire. **Responsibilities**
- Providing outstanding customer service to all guests
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving meals and beverages with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Setting up and clearing down tables and service areas
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and bar
- Handling cash and card payments
- Assisting with stock rotation and inventory as required
- Working effectively as part of a close-knit team
**What we're looking for**:
- Experienced in a restaurant or bar environment preferred
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Presentable, professional, and punctual
- Able to work efficiently under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £7.55-£12.31 per week
