**What you will do**
The Executive Assistant will be working for Johnson Controls, a global diversified technology and multi-industrial leader. In this fast-paced role you will report to a senior EMEALA business leader to provide first class support and work with drive and autonomy to work across geographies and liaison with multiple leaders.
- Full diary management including organising and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, undertake research/gather necessary inputs for meetings and take action items from relevant meetings.
- Communicate and liaise with other EC members as needed.
- Liaise with customers and guests in a professional manner.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, customers and other external partners as appropriate, to help flow of contacts to senior leader.
- Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation.
- Process and ensure accuracy of expenses.
- Produce reports and presentations as needed for the performance of the senior leader’s role.
- Co-ordinate applicable on-going projects/initiatives and follow up with team members as required.
- Co-ordinate any processes in relation to the recruitment and on-boarding of new direct reports to the senior leader - requisitions, liaising with TA and HR, ordering equipment, induction, and new starter processes.
- Liaise with functional departments (Finance, IT, HR for example) and regional business units on behalf of leader, as needed.
**How you will do it**
The incumbent may be required to drive initiatives and issues aligned to the organisation’s strategic objectives, along with owning multiple tasks in addition to full diary management and senior Executive support. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting so attention to detail is required. You will be responsible for communicating with senior leaders/internal stakeholders daily and as such we are looking for an excellent communicator with the confidence to interact at this level.
