Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Demand Generation in various marketing tasks, including marketing analytics, social media management, and conference coordination.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Marketing Analytics and Campaign Reporting: You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing marketing data using Hubspot and other analytics tools to inform our marketing strategies. This includes analyzing campaign results, web analytics, and social media metrics. You will also be responsible for creating regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to the marketing and senior leadership teams.
- Conference Coordination: As our UK contact for the logistics and set up of conferences outside of North America, you will coordinate the execution of our conference presence at global conferences, working directly with the Events Marketing Specialist. This includes working with vendors, stand logistics, coordinating marketing collateral, and ensuring a successful event.
- Social Media Management: You will work across the marketing team to own the social media strategy, including daily posting and interactions on LinkedIn and Twitter, video creation and posting, and interaction within LinkedIn groups. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on social media metrics.
- Lead Generation: Work under the direction of the Head of Demand Generation to assist with demand/lead generation activities of the marketing department as needed.
- Marketing Support: Provide general marketing support to the marketing team as needed.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A few years of experience in marketing or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
