Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Provisioning Engineer who will receive product training and delivery experience by assisting in the configuration and deployment of standard solutions such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, GoogleMeet & Cisco Webex solutions.

Reporting to the engineering director and training mentors, the provisioning engineer trainee role will be responsible in assisting their provisioning department with the configuration, delivery, verification and optimisation of their standard meeting roomsolutions.

The provisioning engineer trainee will be continuously trained into the role of a product specialist for the successful configuration delivery of their standard video solutions and audiovisual endpoints.

**Trainee Provisioning Engineer Duties**:

- Assist in the configuration, verification, and optimisation of Kinly standard room solutions.
- Assist with asset capture, updating of firmware, uploading script and preconfigured details into UC, IT & AV equipment.
- Assist in the offsite configuration of standard room solutions to promote efficient onsite deployment.
- Certify the configured solutions in line with company QA, ensuring high standards throughout.
- Working closely with their provisioning team to ensure all standard solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Fast track product training and personal skills development on Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet & Cisco Webex solutions
- Keep up to date on products, market trends, standards and best practices.

**Trainee Provisioning Engineer Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of IT, networks and endpoint configuration.
- Basic knowledge of unified communication technologies - Microsoft, Zoom, Cisco & Google
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure is essential.
- Quick learner excited by technology and future trends
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full Driving licence
