Wedding and Events Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity for a Wedding Co-ordinator role has arisen at one of the UK's most saught after wedding venues.
We are looking for someone to join our wedding and events team to assist with enquiries, planning events, site tours and general site management.
Your role will include:
- Co-ordinating and running high end weddings from start to finish with impeccable attention to detail
- Working in a busy office, answering the phone, dealing with general enquiries and wedding and events enquiries
- Customer service - looking after wedding and cabin guests
- Performing site tours
- All aspects of Administration in the office including working with an online booking system and taking bookings
- Problem solving - especially within any maintenance issues in the cabins and beyond. Putting systems in place to make sure administration of maintainence is done to a high standard.
- Assist with the organisation and the provision of wet sales to the business
- Experience within the hospitality industry
- Their own car as we are based in a secluded location - 5 miles from Longtown
- Impeccable attention to detail
- High standard of Customer Service
- Proactive and “can do” attitude - we are looking for someone who stands out from the crowd and goes the extra mile to make sure our guests receive the best experience possible
- Someone who takes pride in their work and can work well under pressure
- Must be able to work weekends

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: £19,760.00-£34,995.00 per year
