Your role will include:

- Working in a busy office, answering the phone, dealing with general enquiries and wedding and events enquiries
- Customer service - looking after wedding and cabin guests
- Performing showrounds and selling weddings to potential customers
- All aspects of Administration in the office including working with an online booking system and taking bookings
- Problem solving - especially within any maintenance issues in the cabins and beyond. Putting systems in place to make sure administration of maintainence is done to a high standard.
- Assist with the organisation and the provision of wet sales to the business
- Experience within the hospitality industry
- Their own car as we are based in a secluded location - 5 miles from Longtown
- Impeccable attention to detail
- High standard of Customer Service
- Proactive and “can do” attitude - we are looking for someone who stands out from the crowd and goes the extra mile to make sure our guests receive the best
- Presentable and well turned out
- Someone who takes pride in their work and can work well under pressure

This is a fantastic role for someone who is able to work weekends and wants a career in the events industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
