**Data Partner**
**Radbroke**

As a Barclays Data Partner, you will be part of the Reporting and Insights team, being accountable for transforming data from multiple sources into meaningful reports, analytics and insights in line with the business requirements, helping the overall drive and producing insights while working in tandem with technical business colleagues. You will define functional and non-functional requirements with the stakeholders and identify and assess potential data sources, while carrying out Impact Assessments and creating user stories.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Agreeing scope and priorities
- Defining business transformation rules
- Building and maintaining knowledge of data sources
- Ensuring use of robust and error-proof practices for assigned MI Processes
- Supporting overall drive to understand and continually improve MI processes
- Developing overall business knowledge to help users articulate their real needs
- Providing team member support as required

**What we’re looking for**:

- A data analyst with excellent SQL skills
- Ability to undertake analysis and research and present well-reasoned findings
- Experience with data sourcing and manipulation

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience of data analysis
- Experience of data driven story telling
- Experience with data architecture and asset development

**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
