Oscar technology have partnered with a rapidly growing organisation who are looking to expand their innovative data team. They are looking for a Data and Insight Analyst who is eager to help the company continue their growth, whilst also wanting to progresstheir own programming skills.

**The Role**:
Working within their Analytics team, you will be working on a variety of projects and you will be involved various areas of the business, using data and insight techniques to inform stakeholders into their customers and business behaviours.

You would be joining a new and innovative data team, with great progression opportunities, the company is looking to build up a strong team.

**Key Duties**:

- Identify key areas of the business that can implement growth.
- Building metrics and integrating reports to support performance based measurement.
- Creating reports using actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Use report findings to design and run experiments that then indicate which initiatives and policies lead to the greatest growth.
- Gather requirements for analytical products and reports
- Be a data evangelist within the business - demonstrate the benefits of MI and ensure your work has an impact by getting stakeholders to use it
- Work towards data forecasting and predictions

**Requirements**:

- SQL
- ETL
- A reporting tool - ideally PowerBI but Tableau / Qlik / SSRS is fine
- Other programming languages such as Python would be a bonus but not required.
