We are now looking for a Telesales Executive for a growing shipping and logistics company based in the North West, Preston.
Our client is a well-established freight forwarder. You will join a team of 6 staff in the UK and a back office of 23 people.

This freight forwarding company provides a one stop solution for their customer's logistics requirements with an excellent one to one personal service. They endeavour to support their customer's growing logistics requirements with the best technical andsoftware solutions and in the most eco-friendly way. With the expertise and support of their staff, they are capable of finding solutions to their customers ever-changing logistics requirements.
**Key Responsibilities, Skills and Experience**
** Outstanding phone-based skills (both cold calling and working with warm leads)**
** Work on your own initiative and as part of a team**
** Tenacious, resilient and confident person**
** Professional, credible and comfortable building strong, working relationships with key customers around the business and within customer accounts**
** Motivated by results, with a proven track record of meeting/beating targets you must thrive on a challenge and have a determination to succeed**
** Capable of using Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new systems.**
** Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and creating urgency where required.**
** Good organisational skills with the ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.**
**Benefits**
** Salary is starting at £19k**
** Commission scheme not at the moment but is being reviewed**
** 37.5 hours 9am till 5:30 pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch**
