Our client is the number 1 Business Broker Agent in the UK, following on from another successful year, we are expanding our Lead Generation team to allow us to connect with more businesses across the UK.
You will be a professional Telesales Executive with a minimum 1 years’ experience in sales and a track record of delivering to target. This role will allow you to successfully reach out to business owners, in niche markets, and help them start the journeyto market.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
If you have/are the following, then the answer is yes
- Sales focused telephone experience essential, preferably with a minimum of 1 year of demonstrable success in either a B2B or B2C outbound or face-to-face sales role.
- A team player, with experience of working within a team
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and take ownership to succeed.
- Exceptional communication skills - you must be able to clearly and effectively convey your passion and product knowledge in a polished manner.
- Display a passionate, positive, and problem-solving attitude leading to a consultative sales approach.
- Daily account management of your own pipeline
**What will your role as a Sales Executive look like?**
- Calling and introducing our business and service to potential clients with a view to coming to market
- Working towards meeting and exceeding KPI’s, taking ownership to achieve required conversion rates
- Conducting a business review with each customer, gaining a full and detailed understanding of their business goals for the coming months and years
- Using your persuasion and influencing skills to convince clients to consider coming to market by initially having the business appraised
- Working as a team and individually to meet/exceed individual and team targets
- The ability to account manage and taking full ownership
