**Senior Research Manager / Associate Director (Media)**

The company works with a wide range of prestigious clients in Media, helping them unlock growth through insights. They pride themselves in being the experts in cracking challenges and believe in impactful, meticulous and bespoke research that leads to realinsight.

They are now looking for a Senior Research Manager / Associate Director to join their amazing London team. There is an amazing benefits package on offer, as well as a flexible working environment, blending 2 days of work in the office and 3 days from home(once restrictions have been lifted).

**About the role**
- Run end-to-end qual projects from proposal writing to presentation
- Work on a range of research types including Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience and Ad testing
- Line-manage, mentor and support the development of junior staff members

**About you**
- You have tremendous communication skills and a genuine passion for Media research
- You must have primary research experience from a Market Research Agency
- You will have experience in proposal writing, topic/discussion guide writing, in-depth interviews, moderated focus groups and moderated online communities, ethnographies, analysis, report writing and presenting.

**Salary: £45,000-£55,000**

**Location: London**
