We’re looking for someone who will be able to;

Motivate and inspire residents to make the most of digital technology, helping to drive a digital first 24/7 connected service.

Increase residents’ digital sills and understanding of the benefits of using digital services, through face-to-face and online support channels.

Be able to travel to our properties across all our regions.

Have an active involvement in data and digital projects, supporting successful delivery of corporate plans and objectives.

Work closely with the Communications and Marketing Team to motivate excluded and hard to reach groups and individuals to use available training and support.

**Our Team**

We are a close-knit team, based at our great innovation Hub in Cheadle. We’re led by Emma, our Assistant Director of Customer Experience, Communications and Change, and as well as providing support to the organisation and our customers, we support each other too. We work hard but we also like to have fun

**About You**

Ideally, you’ll have experience of delivering innovate digital inclusion and engagement activities to a number of different audiences.With a high level of IT literacy and an interest and knowledge of technology and the internet, you’ll have experience of delivering a range of engagement, support and training activities.

With a passion for anything digital, you’ll like having the autonomy to make decisions, have excellent organisational skills and be comfortable working with colleagues across the business in an environment focused on continuous improvement and digital innovation.

We offer a fantastic holiday allowance of 33 days per annum (including statutory holidays) which rises to 38 days after 5 years’ service.
