Here at Johnnie Johnson Housing, we’re now looking for a Digital Content & Experience Lead to join us.

Your challenge as our Digital Content & Experience Lead will be to deliver an outstanding digital and content service; leading on managing digital content, design and development resulting in a user-centred approach, particularly for our websites, but alsoother digital channels too. You’ll promote the benefits of these principles to improve the quality and impact of our communications brand, supporting the wider Communications and Marketing Team with digital content and services. You’ll also be required tosupport the strategic content and planning process, identifying opportunities for good content and improvements to digital user experience across all brands, raising the bar of our user experience and user interface execution

**Our Team**

Our team is a really lovely (if we don’t mind saying so ourselves) close knit team of four. We’re led by our Communications and Marketing Manager and as well as providing support to the organisation, we support each other too. We work hard but we also liketo have fun The wider team is great too, you’ll sit alongside our Project Management Office, Digital Engagement and Continuous Improvement Teams and we’ll shortly strengthen this further with the addition of Customer Experience Design. **About You**

Do you know what makes good engaging content? Do you have similar experience of designing digital content? If so, this could be the role for you

We’re looking for someone with outstanding writing skills and experience of writing and editing using a style guide, you will have experience in digital collaboration and whiteboard tools such as Miro and be able to create dynamic, user-centered contentthat meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, using programmes such as Adobe Premier Pro and Photoshop. Experience of analytical tools to generate analysis and insight is also a must, as is an understanding of content delivery and digital marketing channelssuch as CRM, social, PPC, SEO and affiliates.
