At _gee_, we create the most luxurious, innovative hair extensions on the market — worn by celebrities like **Anne Hathaway, Rebel Wilson and Eva Longoria** and trusted by a global community.

Now, we’re looking for a _prolific, passionate, and social-first_ Videographer & Photographer to join our in-house content team at our Manchester HQ. If you live and breathe content, know how to make hair _look_ and _feel_ premium through the lens, and have a deep love for beauty, hair and fashion — this role is for you.

**The Role**

You’ll be responsible for creating visually stunning, trend-driven content across our social channels, website, newsletters, blogs and more. From ideation to shooting to editing — you’ll be hands-on at every stage and trusted to work independently to bring the _gee_ brand to life through content that stops the scroll and drives conversion.

**What You'll Do**
- Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — with a focus on storytelling, hair transformations, tutorials, BTS and founder-led content.
- Lead on visual direction for all content shoots — from lighting to angles to tone.
- Pitch fresh, relevant ideas regularly and help shape content strategy with the wider team.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of what's trending in beauty, hair, fashion, and viral video culture.
- Ensure editing is polished but natural — we want hair to move, shine, and look real.
- Organise and manage digital assets for internal use and publishing.
- Support the content and marketing teams with visuals for product launches, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Proven experience working with hair, beauty or fashion brands** — preferably DTC, with a portfolio that shows range and flair.
- A **deep passion for hair** and understanding of how to capture and edit it beautifully (movement, light, texture).
- Strong knowledge of content trends and what performs across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- A **prolific video editor** who can cut quickly and creatively for social — with an instinct for viral pacing and platform-specific formats.
- Expert in Final Cut Pro and CapCut (must-have).
- Strong photography skills, with the ability to shoot professional images and edit in a natural, brand-aligned style.
- Highly organised and self-driven — you’ll be expected to work independently, manage your own production schedule, and keep ideas flowing.
- Creative, flexible, and able to handle fast-paced, ever-changing content needs.
- Must be based near Manchester and available to work full-time, in-house.

**Salary**

**Up to £45,000**, based on your experience.

Pay: £24,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
