**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented adminstrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments for both our BDM and cleaning technicians, alongside day to day administration and support features such as fleet administration.

**Duties**:

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Qualifying inbound sales enquiries
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Communicate schedules to relevant parties
- Ensure timely responses to scheduling requests
- Organise and manage appointment databases
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Managing the companies fleet requirements such as MOT & servicing

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft package
- Strong typing skills
- Experience in office, clerical, or administrative roles
- Excellent organisational skills
- Data entry accuracy and speed
- Ability to computerise scheduling systems effectively
- Professional phone etiquette
