We Have the Clients
We Have the Jobs
We do not have YOU
**Welcome to A Plus Clean - Evolving to A Plus Services**
A scheduler at A Plus Clean? A Cleaning Company? Did I read that right? YES you did—let us explain.
Our journey started back in 2007, offering premium exterior cleaning services. Fast-forward a few years, and we have transformed into a full-service maintenance business, serving social housing clients, councils, and commercial partners across the South Coast.
Thanks to our loyal clients and hardworking team, we have grown into the **go-to contractor for reactive works, repairs, and cleaning**, and we are building something special. With that growth comes the need for a proactive, detail-obsessed Scheduler to help keep the wheels turning and the operatives moving.
**Why Choose Us and Not the Cowboys?**
Let’s face it—there are a lot of companies out there. But we are not just any company. We are a team that values honesty, hustle, and good humour (and yes, the odd team night out). We are building a business we are proud of, and we want you to be part of it.
**Benefits**

- **Free parking**—no daily battles for a space

**Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)**
As our **Reactive Scheduler**, you will be the voice on the phone, the brain behind the plan, and the calm in the storm. You will work closely with our Maintenance and Cleaning teams to keep diaries tight, customers informed, and jobs on track. Expect variety, pressure, and the satisfaction of a job well done.
Key responsibilities:
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments for our reactive works and cleaning operatives
- Keeping diaries updated, tracked, and prioritised for maximum efficiency

You will be the link between the customer, the office, and the operatives—and when it all runs smoothly, that’s down to you.
